LMC manages a portfolio of  industrial, residential and urban revitalisation projects across the metropolitan area. These projects ensure the release of serviced residential and industrial allotments to the public.

In addition, LMC focuses on the planning and release of sufficient broad acre land for private sector residential and industrial developments.
