Projects Overview

LMC manages a portfolio of 11 industrial, residential and urban revitalisation projects across the metropolitan area. These projects ensure the release of serviced residential and industrial allotments to the public.

In addition, LMC focuses on the planning and release of sufficient broad acre land for private sector residential and industrial developments.

LMC also works with other State Government agencies and Local Government authorities to identify future development opportunities for higher density developments across metropolitan Adelaide.
